Cosmic Beings, an experimental video installation work. My interest is in our body harmonising nature in microcosm of universe. It is inspired by both Eastern philosophy and the idea in Luce Irigary’s book titled Through Vegetal Being. Through daily meditational practice focusing on breathing, feeling gravity, perceiving and sensing our body we would be aware of ourselves as a cosmic being. With performance consisting of some simple movements and the sensory experience, the viewer explores the eternal cycle of our body, season and constellation.
